This 26-year-old patient presented to our hospital after injury 10 days prior due to a scooter accident. After undergoing physiotherapy for 10 days, arthroscopic ACL reconstruction was performed along with lateral meniscal radial tear repair and anterior and posterior lateral menisco-capsular repair. Meniscal repair was done using all-inside and outside-in techniques. Additionally, due to a sudden intraoperative pivot shift in the figure-4 position, lateral extra-articular tenodesis (LET) was also performed.
